We want to know what you think of our products. At TENA we publish reviews to give you as customer relevant and independent information from consumers using our products in everyday life.
 
We clearly indicate which reviews are posted by a consumer that has purchased the product from our web shop (verified buyer) or which reviews are posted by customers that ordered a free sample. Use the Kegel Trainer together with the Emy app

The app suggests programs adapted to your progression to meet your own specific Kegel training goals
The insertable Kegel Trainer communicates with an app on your phone to guide you through the fun training with real time biofeedback - all from the comfort of your own home.


The Emy by TENA Kegel Trainer connects to the Emy app, which you can download for free in Google Play or the App Store. In the app, you can train and tone your pelvic floor with fun Kegel exercises. Muscle contractions are detected by the Emy by TENA device and visualised in real-time on the smartphone or tablet. The contraction and relaxation exercises are designed to increase awareness of the pelvic floor and improve its tone. They are both fun and easy to do.
