Our TENA Silhouette offers a collection of underwear with different styles, colours and sizes. 

We offer a range of high waist underwear in colours black and crème and low waist underwear in black and white. They are all available in sizes Medium and Large please check our size guide for dimensions and dress sizes. With this range you can wear whatever you want, when you want.

Our TENA Silhouette Underwear is designed for women who experience moderate to heavy bladder leaks. They offer outstanding security thanks to its Triple Protection form leaks, odour and moisture. So, you can stay dry, secure and confident throughout the day.

All products in the range are the same absorption level, 6 droplets scale for medium to heavy leaks.

The easiest way to decide on the right size for you is to measure your waist band. 

Our Medium product is suitable for women with a waist between 75-100 cm. 

Our Large product is suitable for women with a waist between 95-125 cm.

You can find the new TENA Silhouette Underwear in a range of supermarkets including Tesco, ASDA, Morrisons, Waitrose and Sainsbury's.

As our bodies are changing and create life this also means a strain on the pelvic floor. DURING PREGNANCY 

The softening of your pelvic floor muscles, an increase in urine production over time, fluid retention and the extra pressure on your pelvic floor and bladder can weaken the support around your urinary tract during pregnancy. This all means that you can experience light leaks – especially when you laugh, cough or sneeze.  Our range of pads and liners and as discreet as your normal period pads but designed for this specific purpose, do you can stay dry. 

POST-PARTUM  

By the time your baby’s due, your organs (including your bladder and urethra) will have become squeezed to make room for your growing baby. The pelvic floor muscles, which surround your urethra, vagina and anus, will have been stretched; and labour also takes a significant toll on the pelvic floor. 

This can cause /bladder weakness or leaks for a while after childbirth. This can last a few weeks, or you might find that you experience the odd accident now and again over a longer period.
