These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 1. Eligibility:
This promotional offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary to receive these coupons; however, internet access is required and either an active Facebook or Instagram account or search browser to visit the claim website. 5. Coupons end dates are variable. Each coupon will have a 60 day period for use by the consumer as stated on the coupon. available to claim from 00.00 01/08/24 – 23.59 31/12/24 Total volume of coupons to be distributed 130,000.
6. To apply for a coupon leaflet, click on the promotional Social Media Facebook or Instagram posts or apply via the website pop up entry form. Enter full name, and home postal address details into the form and click submit. Essity may request email details as part of the coupon request process.
7. The promoter will from time to time, manage the availability of the coupon offer through the various communication methods involved.
8. Maximum one request per household per coupon type. If multiple requests are made from the same household, only the first request will be accepted, and all other requests will be deemed null and void.
9. For each valid request, claimants will receive a coupon leaflet containing 1 x coupon for the relevant value and product type applied for, this will be delivered to the home postal address submitted when completing the coupon request form.
10. Please allow 10 working days from submitting your valid request and completion of any verification process for delivery of your coupon via Royal Mail.
11. If participants do not receive their coupon leaflet within 10 working days after submitting their request or have any queries, they can query this by completing the online contact form: https://www.tena.co.uk/contact-us
12. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of the request for their coupon leaflet to be processed. The Promoter/The Administrator, nor its fulfilment agent can be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects coupon fulfilment.
13. The Promoter/The Administrator reserves the right to contact the claimant for any discrepancies with the details they have provided, for fulfilment purposes, if required.
14. Using the coupon:
15. See individual coupon for full T&Cs for usage. Coupons are only redeemable in selected leading retailers in the UK.
16. Coupons can only be used as part payment or full payment for the product(s) stipulated on the coupon, when the remaining balance is paid by the customer.
17. Only one original coupon per transaction.
18. Coupons are not redeemable for cash or transferable and their resale or auction is prohibited. Replacement coupons cannot be issued. Any unused coupons will be null and void upon the coupon expiry date as stated on the coupon
19. Coupons cannot be used online.
20. Coupon must be presented at time of purchase, can only be used once and must be surrendered upon use.
21. Coupons cannot be used on any product apart from those stated in the terms and conditions printed on the coupon.
22. Photocopies, reprints, damaged, expired, altered or defaced coupons will not be accepted.
23. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or other coupon.
24. No change given.
25. All coupon requests must be made directly by the person requesting the offer. Coupons cannot be transferred to another person.

General:
27. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to tamper with the operation of the Promotion, using multiple identities, using multiple email addresses, using a computer(s) to circumvent entry requirements by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using or any other automated means, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive. Requests (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups, agencies or third party or automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible responses will be disqualified and will not be counted.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all requests including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID (passport, driving license or equivalent). The Promoter may refuse to award a coupon leaflet, or seek its recovery, in the event of a participant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions, or a breach of the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of the promotion’s participation requirements.
29. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
i. Any submissions that are lost or delayed due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmissions.
ii. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption.
iii. Entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
iv. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
30. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage and invalidate any affected requests. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
31. The Promoter and its associated agencies cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims suffered by any person as a result of participating in this promotion. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to the coupon except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer, in part or whole, with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
33. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
34. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each participant, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
35. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
36. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to the aforementioned. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to complete liability release for Facebook and Instagram. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of Facebook and Instagram. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to these websites.

36. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will be used solely in the administration of the coupon request. Personal data will be retained as long as necessary to provide participants with the coupon(s) requested and for a maximum of three months from promotion end date unless providing an active opt in. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to dataprivacy@essity.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. If you provide an active opt-in when completing the coupon claim form, Essity may contact you via email for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email. Should you choose not to consent, this will not affect your participation in the promotion.
