The Change Indicator is a digital health technology solution that helps you to know when it is time to change your loved one's absorbent incontinence product - a digital wetness check without disturbing. A sensor strip attaches to the usual TENA absorbent product and tracks the moisture level in it. You can check the dryness of the product via the TENA Family Care App on your smartphone and a notification will be sent to you when it’s time to consider a change. Once you have changed product you simply re-attach the indicator to the new incontinence product and tracking starts again. TENA SmartCare Change Indicator works with TENA Pants, Slip, Flex and Comfort products.

To start using the Change Indicator you need to order the kit and sign up to the monthly service subscription, that covers:
App notifications and system connection via continuous mobile data connection with SIM-card. The Change Indicator should be in range of the Gateway to work as intended. TENA automatically sends to you two new sensor strips, to ensure continued accurate moisture measurement, and replacement batteries every 4 months. Free replacement of a transmitter every 2nd year to ensure stable connection.
